Reduce Cellulite & Stimulate Blood Flow with This DIY Body Wrap

It’s a fact that many of us are less active during the winter, so you may find your skin looking less radiant come summer. While ashy, dry skin is fairly easy to remedy, cellulite is another story. Cellulite is caused by a number of factors including genetics and poor circulation, and over 90% of women have it -so it’s completely normal and nothing to be ashamed of.

However, if you’re looking to reduce the appearance of cellulite and help increase circulation, you’ll love this invigorating coffee, peppermint, and coconut oil DIY body wrap. The caffeine in coffee helps improve circulation while peppermint stimulates the skin and coconut oil deeply moisturizes and plumps. Best of all, you won’t be spending upwards of $50 to go to a spa; you can easily do this wrap at home for less than $10.

You can also switch up these ingredients and make your own customized wrap, so feel free to experiment. Other ingredients you can add include honey, eucalyptus, sugar, and olive oil. However, one thing to keep in mind is that whatever combination you use, you’ll want to keep the stimulating ingredients (coffee, peppermint) in your wrap.
