The Best Sleeping Masks For Radiant, Healthy Skin

“Sleeping masks” are a relatively new concept in the U.S. and most brands don’t even make them yet. While masks worn over night have been a staple in Korean beauty for decades, America is just barely catching on. Most face masks up until recently have been formulated to be worn for 20 minutes and then rinsed off. Sleep masks are different; you put it on at night and rinse in the morning.

Our skin does the majority of repairing while we sleep, so adding a mask to assist in that rejuvenation process can make a significant difference in the health of your skin. Here are our favorite sleep masks to try  for more radiant, healthy skin!

Shiseido IBUKI Beauty Sleeping Mask

This gel mask contains Vitamins C and E and a proprietary PhytoTarget Complex to improve moisture and help fend off environmental pollutants and external stressors. It also contains Phytoplankton Extract to help revitalize skin and plump your complexion while you sleep.

Laneige Water Sleeping Mask

This Korean beauty water sleeping mask has a cult following. It has a lightweight, gel texture and is enriched with beta-glucan and ceramide SLN to firm skin, fade dark spots, and reduce fine lines.

La Prairie Skin Caviar Luxe Sleep Mask

This is the holy grail of sleep masks. If you have the $250+ to shell out for a top of the line product, La Prairie’s Skin Caviar Luxe mask is the Lamborghini of sleep masks. This product uses the power of caviar extract to firm, exfoliate, and brighten. It also comes with a handy brush applicator to prevent contamination.

Peter Thomas Roth Rose Stem Cell Bio Repair Gel Mask

This has been one of our favorite masks since it was released a couple years ago. This mask is perfect for any time of day, but its light gel texture is perfect for using at night because it soaks in and doesn’t make a mess of your pillows. It contains rose stem cell, which helps repair, moisturize, and soothe your complexion.
