Juicing is one of the best (if not THE best) ways to get a hefty nutritious dose of vegetables and fruits. If you’re like me and you’re not naturally inclined to eating vegetables with every meal, juicing is a life saver. Best of all, once you get the hang of juicing and see the changes in your complexion and energy levels, you’ll never want to stop! If you’re new to juicing, you’ll want to get a high quality juicer that extracts the highest amount of juice. Some less expensive juicers leave up to 40% behind, making much less juice over time. Bottom line, it’s more efficient to spend a little more on a high quality juicer as it will save you money in the long run.
Having said that, here are 5 of our favorite juicing recipes that are both detoxifying and delicious.
